Memorial Day

We had a pretty chill holiday. Last night J learned he was going to have to race this morning to the lab, so while it wasn't fantastic news, we still took the opportunity to meet him at the family ranch at lunchtime. We love fresh air! .. and, as it happened, we ran into J's cousin, and a few of his kids getting ready to ride the horses. It was fun to see the kids mingle and play. I snapped a few photos in the old 'barn.'
