The Cherry Pie

 When we got home from Brentwood, we made two cherry pies, and five tubs of strawberry freezer jam, which we are really going to have to motor on in order to eat before me move. It was so fun, and so memorable, to cook with SA and Cupcake. Although nobody liked pitting the cherries very much. This recipe called for tapioca pudding, which I think really helped it turn into a non runny pie later. Pretty tasty!





 This child exudes joy. Not just in the pictures. We felt it when she was born. In her first moments, and we feel it every day. This person is like a hopeful star rising. We love her.
